Josephine Gray arbetar inom teater, dans och filosofi som performer, dramaturg och författare. Hon är konstnärlig ledare för ibodies tillsammans med Anmar Taha. Kompaniet har varit verksamt i Göteborg sedan 2009 och spelar främst i Europa, Mellanöstern och Asien. Hennes publikationer inkluderar Second Nature: Comic Performance and Philosophy (Rowman and Littlefield International, London, Storbritannien) och sedan 2022 driver hon RADIX – ett studium för artister, konstnärer, filosofer och allmänheten för att fördjupa kunskapen och erfarenheterna av scenkonst som radikal. Hon har varit på Atalante sedan 2024 där hon initierar och leder flera aktiviteter på och runt scenen, såsom studiegrupper, skrifter, offentliga samtal, residensvistelser och kurering av konstutställningar i foajén.
Josephine Gray works within the fields of theatre, dance and philosophy as a performer, dramaturge and writer. She is artistic director of ibodies together with Anmar Taha. The company has been active in Gothenburg since 2009 and keeps presenting their work across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Publications include Second Nature: Comic Performance and Philosophy (Rowman and Littlefield International, London, UK) and since 2022 she runs RADIX–a studium for practitioners, philosophers and the general public to deepen the knowledge and experiences of the performing arts as radical. She has been at Atalante since 2024 where she initiates and leads several activites in and around the stage, such as study groups, writings, public talks, residencies and curating art exhibitions for the foyer.
